Badge Certificate & Plastic Badge

Card required to check the above step.

Reverse side of the Driving Licence card.

Obtain from HERE by entering your driving licence number & national insurance numbers. Take extra care as share codes are “case sensitive”.

Plate Certificate if own vehicle, if a fleet vehicle may not be applicable if vehicle is registered on the system & in date.

Hire and reward cover for your vehicle and passengers if on your own vehicle, if a fleet vehicle may not be applicable if vehicle is registered on system and in date..


STEP 2 - DEVICE OPTIONS
Our app is compatible with ANDROID devices only, an APPLE/IPHONE cannot be used.
STEP 3 - BOOKING PREFERENCES
Confirm the type of bookings you wish to be considered for. Please note that some exemptions may be subject to admin fees.

Are you happy to carry passengers with a cat?

This applies to pets only as assistance dogs cannot be refused unless you supply an official medical exemption certificate.

These tend to be “set price” journeys.

Drivers who prefer to avoid inter-city long haul journeys can also opt out for free,

here is a £5 / wk admin fee for drivers who want us to filter out and remove all account bookings

There is a £10 / wk admin fee for drivers without a card reader who want us to filter our and remove all card / contactless payment bookings

* VERY IMPORTANT - Contactless work now accounts for HALF of all bookings arranged through Delta. It is almost essential therefore that you equip yourself with a Contactless / Chip & Pin Card reader, setting it up as a sole-trader. Some card reader options (not all) ...

STEP 4 - WORKING OPTIONS
Delta offers a variety of operator fee structures to fit your personal requiremets. Further information can be found HERE.

Allows access to all areas including Manchester Airport & Speke Airport without any time/day restrictions £135 / week plus optional extras.

Allows access without any time/day restrictions in a reduced area. Choose any one region (£50), any two regions (£85) See website for region information. (Optional extras are on top of these prices)

Allows access to all areas including Manchester Airport & Speke Airport during reduced hours (Midday Fri to Midday Sat OR 00:01am Fri to 23:59 Fri) £40 plus optional extras

Allows access to all areas including Manchester Airport & Speke Airport during reduced hours (Midday Sat to Midday Sun OR 00:01am Sat to 23:59 Sat ) £40 plus optional extras

Allows access to all areas including Manchester Airport & Speke Airport during reduced hours (Midday Sun to Midday Mon OR 00:01am Sun to 23:59 Sun) £40 plus optional extras

Allows access to all areas including Manchester Airport & Speke Airport during reduced hours (any of the above combinations but must run consecutively)

STEP 5 - SUNDRY ITEMS
If required these must be paid for in advance then collected during your training induction at Delta’s Bootle HQ.

Please use your NAME as a temporary payment reference until you are issued with an official Delta Driver Number. Once these five stages are complete & payment has cleared we can arrange your training induction where you will be issued your unique Delta Driver Number and taught how to use the Driver App to receive bookings. Once issued you should quote your Delta Driver Number whenever paying settle or contacting our Admin Support team (admin.support@deltataxis.net or telephone 0151 932 2801 Mon – Fri 9am to 5pm & Sat 8am to 4pm.)
